胃健康检查测试板
GastroPanel® 是消化不良患者的一线诊断测试。这是一种非侵入性血液测试，无风险且用户友好的实验室测试。
GastroPanel 提供有关胃黏膜结构和功能的信息，以及可能由黏膜异常引起的风险。根据 GastroPanel 结果，可以获得支持以下诊断的信息：
健康的胃黏膜
功能性和器质性消化不良（当 GastroPanel 结果表明胃粘膜健康时，胃部问题的原因通常是功能性消化不良或胃外疾病）。
性胃炎（胃粘膜受损，严重功能失调）和胃体和胃窦区域（正常、胃炎或性胃炎）的疾病可能性。

GastroPanel® 是对血液样本进行的简单实验室检查。例如，它可以诊断健康的胃粘膜、幽门螺杆菌 (H.pylori)感染和性胃炎。根据结果，功能性消化不良可与器质性消化不良相鉴别。结果还提供了与幽门螺杆菌感染、性胃炎和高酸产生相关的可能风险的重要信息。GastroPanel 检查促进循证医学。
幽门螺杆菌通过抗体测试诊断感染、和胃泌素 17 水平描述了整个胃粘膜的结构和功能。胃体黏膜性胃炎越严重，水平越低，血液中比值越低。胃窦黏膜性胃炎越严重，血中gastrin-17水平越低。有关 GastroPanel® 结果解释的更多信息，请访问网站。
GastroPanel® 提供可靠的诊断：
健康的胃黏膜。当胃黏膜健康时，胃部出现问题的原因最有可能是功能性消化不良或胃外疾病。
幽门螺杆菌感染。
性胃炎（严重受损和功能失调的胃黏膜）以及胃体和胃窦黏膜的状况（正常、胃炎或性胃炎）
GastroPanel® 非常适用于幽门螺杆菌治疗和性胃炎治疗成功的随访，以及它们的诊断。此外，Gastrin-17 水平表明患者是否可能患有胃酸过多，以及由此产生的胃食管反流病 (GERD) 及其并发症的风险。因此，GastroPanel 可用于确定患者是否真的需要例如通常描述的 PPI（质子泵抑制剂）药物。如果患者出现胃体性胃炎，胃酸过少，不需要PPIs；如果胃酸过多，情况就不同了。
